Passions Beach Bar & Lounge launches new menu
The romantic toes-in-the-sand beach restaurant situated at the Amsterdam Manor Aruba Resort, has launched a new menu featuring delicious summery fresh dishes.
The menu includes different fine appetizers such as Watermelon and Feta Salad and the Aruban Seafood Soup, exquisite main dishes which include the Seven Seas Parade; A delicious selection of broiled lobster tail, grilled grouper, shrimp and mahi-mahi a la plancha, served with melted butter and lime wedges, Filet Mignon a la Ratatouille; A lean cut of beef tenderloin perfectly seasoned and grilled to order on a bed of green asparagus with balsamic glazed mushrooms, bacon ratatouille and port wine sauce, and our famous Grouper Filet in a Crispy Coco Jacket; Grouper filet breaded with shredded coconut, served with a mayonnaise inspired banana dip, and to finish, delicious desserts like the Tarte Tatin; French up-side down apple pie with caramel and vanilla ice cream. Passions Beach Bar & Lounge also offers lunch with daily changing specials at our lunch deck located under de Kwihi tree on the beach.
The opening hours are:
Beach Bar 10:00 am - 11:00 pm
Passions Lunch Deck 12:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Happy Hour at Beach Bar 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Passions is open every night for dinner from 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm.
