ENTICE YOUR PALATE WITH AUTHENTIC ARUBAN FLAVOURS AT THE RITZ-CARLTON, ARUBA

The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba is honored to be participating in Eat Local Aruba Restaurant Month, an event that highlights authentic Aruban cuisine for guests to explore its culinary heritage throughout the month of October. 

Aruban cuisine appeals to a variety of palates, having been inspired by culinary traditions that were brought to the island from various countries. The result is a unique fusion of Spanish, French, Dutch and African cuisine. 

The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba invites guests to explore Eat Local Aruba Restaurant Month at its BLT Steak and Solanio restaurants, as each are presenting a special three-course menu. 

The restaurants’ special menus honor the flavors and feel of local Aruban cuisine in deliciously tempting ways. BLT Steak is offering Aruba’s famous “Pisca Cora,” which is a fried snapper fish prepared with creole sauce and local basil oil. Solanio’s menu features an Italian-inspired dish, “Aruban Cioppino,” a chef’s selection of seafood accompanied by vegetables and fresh local herbs. To complete this epicurean journey at BLT Steak or Solanio, guests can indulge in the delicious “Pan Dushi Pudding” dessert, served with salted caramel and rum raisin ice cream. 

The special preset dinner menu is offered throughout the month of October upon guest request for $40 USD per person at BLT and $30 USD per person at Solanio (excluding taxes and gratuities).
