Divi Hotels Marketing, Inc., is managing this contest on behalf of the following independently owned resorts operating under the Divi Resorts brand: Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort, Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort, Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort, Divi Southwinds Beach Resort, Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino and Divi Little Bay Beach Resort.

Contestants must be at least eighteen years old at the time of entry to be eligible for this Contest. No purchase necessary to enter. Winner will be selected from the photos tagged with #pickmedivisummer on Instagram and will be required to show proof of age. Winner will be notified via social media and will need to contact Divi Resorts to claim prize. If the winner is not 18 years of age or older, prize will be forfeited.

All entries must follow Divi Resorts on Instagram (@DiviResorts) to qualify. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If contest winner has a current reservation at any Divi Resort, travel must be completed on such current reservation prior to using the contest prize. If current reservation is canceled and not rebooked for any reason, prize will be forfeited.

Prize can only be redeemed at the following resorts based on accommodation availability at time of booking and travel/holiday blackout dates apply: Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort, Divi Dutch Village Beach Resort, Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino or Divi Little Bay Beach Resort. The 7-night complimentary stay is available for up to two guests in a studio suite. Prize includes accommodations only in the starting room category and does not include airfare or other incidentals. Prize will only be issued to the contest winner and cannot be transferred. Prize must be used within a year of winning. All expenses associated with the use of the prize, including any taxes, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
