New Bar in Town: 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill Aruba

The Renaissance Marketplace in the heart of Oranjestad recently introduced a new bar: 5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill

In general Happy Hour is celebrated on Friday afternoon at 5 pm; however, Now Aruba will be happy every moment of the day! The concept by Margaritaville gives us the "perfect excuse" to celebrate Happy Hour every day. At 5 O'clock Somewhere Bar & Grill good music, delicious bites, and perfectly mixed drinks are offered. The rustic and trendy bar will be an ideal place for group of friends to relax and enjoy in the afternoon or evening

The Meet & Greet spot on the island was open on Friday Dec 6th with live music by honey pot at exactly 5 o'clock in the afternoon - According to Carlton Ho Sing Loy, 5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill manager, this will become "the place to be" to catch up with friends after work and relax. “Many of us put our social life in second place. With this bar we now want to give everyone an excuse to relax and socialize every day. And that, in a trendy environment with live music and the best cocktails and bites in our city center,"says Ho Sing Loy.

An exciting and delicious menu

5 O'Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill menu offers a wide variety of popular entrees such as Chicken Wings, Tequeños, Seafood Ceviche, Empanada de Pollo and the soon to be known as the "Aruban Cuban". This is a delicious burger, richly filled with Black Forest Ham and pulled pork, served with banana chips. Visitors can also enjoy dishes such as "Jalea Mixta", a mix of fried seafood and the real Aruban Keshi Yena. What definitely drives the attention are the cocktails; here too, there is a great variety. Choose among Margaritas, frozen drinks and your favorite cocktail or mixed drink. You’ll have a good reason to visit 5 O'clock Somewhere Bar & Grill every day; on Monday there is the Margarita Monday; on Tuesday it's Tito's Tuesday with all-day wings for just $ 1; Wednesday is Wing It Wednesday; on Thursday the Throwback Thursday is celebrated with Back to the 80’s music; on Fridays there are various offers between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. such as the Balashi & Chill draft for just $ 4, but also the house wines for $ 5 and a selection of Margaritas and cocktails; on Saturday, Who’s to Blame at $ 6; and on Sunday, 2 tasty cold beers can be bought for the price of 1.

It will always be 5 o'clock in the afternoon!

5 O’clock Somewhere Bar & Grill is a concept inspired by singer, composer and songwriter Jimmy Buffet and retains the Margaritaville style where it’s always 5 o'clock in the afternoon! The rustic open-air bar, located in the heart of the Renaissance Marketplace, will offer bar bites, great cocktails and lots of music. Every day Happy Hours between 5 pm and 6 pm, but also later in the evening between 10 pm and 11 pm.
