Forget about breakfast as you know it because the taste-wizards in the kitchen of Surfside Beach Bar have come up with a breakfast you will love.
And what’s not to love about starting your day with delicious food on the beach? Surfside’s breakfast menu features a wide variety of exciting items, each prepared in a very unique way.
The eye-catcher on the menu is the ‘oven-baked eggs’ – also known as shirred eggs. You can have them made in five different ways: Italian, healthy, Dutch, Caprese, or American style. Or just let your imagination run wild and create your own style by adding ingredients like ham, cheese, tomato, mushroom, onion, arugula, bacon, corn, bell pepper, olives, green pesto, or even jalapenos. One thing is for sure, the oven-baked eggs will have a whiff of oak flavor from the wood-fired oven.
But they didn’t stop there! Oh no, there is so much more tasty food on the menu. How about breakfast tacos? They come with bacon, scrambled eggs, onion, tomato, and cheese, and they are served with pico de gallo. You can make it even more special by adding shrimp or chicken to it.
Ever had a pizza for breakfast, besides during college? The breakfast pizza on the menu is simply a must-try! Or, if you prefer a healthier approach, a healthy breakfast with fresh fruits, scrambled egg whites, and prosciutto ham is also a great start to the day.
Don’t even start with the breakfast burger. That’s a classic in the making! It’s served on a homemade bun with an 8oz beef burger and topped with tomato, egg, bacon, and avocado puree. And finally, the breakfast menu is completed with a fresh homemade tuna salad sandwich.
