Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino is celebrating the outgoing year in style, with two delicious dinner options, followed by a fun after-dinner Countdown Celebration party with live entertainment on the tropical pool deck, including a spectacular firework show.
The resort’s elegant, top-rated Sunset Grille, will be serving dinner in two seatings, at 6pm and at 8:30pm, offering three-course dinners with a gourmet choice of appetizers and entrees.
Dinner guests will be tempted with Lobster Bisque, Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna and Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Smoked Salmon Rosette, among many other starters. Among the featured main courses are Crab Stuffed Shrimp Scampi, Creek Stone, Black Angus Filet Mignon, or Dry Aged Creek Stone Cowboy Steak, Bone-In Rib Eye, with a New Year’s Eve Gala Dessert, all at $125 per person.
For those seeking a more casual evening, a longtime local favorite, Laguna restaurant will be hosting a sumptuous New Year’s Eve dinner buffet, served from 7pm to 10:30pm at $89 per person including a glass of house wine, children 6 to 12 pay $45.
The festive set up includes soup and gourmet salad stations, freshly composed salads, a selection of antipasto and deli meats and cheeses, seafood favorites, a carving station, an interactive pasta station and a variety of hot dishes and sides. The grand dessert display includes tarts and petit fours, cakes and mousses, with special holiday eggnog crème brulee.
