Casa del Mar Aruba celebrated its 30th anniversary!

On October 4, 2016, Casa del Mar celebrated its 30^th anniversary with an exposition of historical photographs and memorabilia as well as a sale of Casa del Mar merchandise.  The event was held in the Frank Conway Room and members, employees and invited guests celebrated with cake, coffee and mimosas.

Attending the event were the members and employees of Casa del Mar as well as invited guests Bert Kamsteeg and Leon Hamers, the architectural and mechanical engineers working for Sun Development during the construction of Casa del Mar; Farida Mansur, the General Manager of Aruba Beach Club, Casa del Mar’s sister property and the oldest time-share resort in Aruba; which will celebrate its 40^th anniversary next year; Jan van Ness, the first General Manager of Casa del Mar and Marisol Sanchez, Tourism Advisor to the Minister of Tourism.  Hosting the event were the managers and employees of Casa del Mar, including Bob Curtis, General Manager of Casa del Mar and Ralph Sloat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Casa del Mar.
