In September, Restaurant Week 2021 took place in Aruba.
During this week, locals and visitors could enjoy a special dinner for a special reduced price. Like every year, organizer Aruba Wine and Dine dedicated a part of the proceeds to charity. This time elderly/nursing home “Huize Maris Stella” in Savaneta was chosen as they had indicated a need for audio and video equipment for their community space. Vincent Sterring, Zorgmanager of Ixoria at Maris Stella, says “Music in the hallways and a smart television in the community room is very important in the lives of our residents. It directly improves their quality of life and therefore we are incredibly grateful for this donation.”
Aruba Wine and Dine recently delivered a smart TV and audio equipment, which was gratefully accepted by the nursing team and management of Maris Stella. The restaurants of Aruba Wine and Dine that participates in Restaurant Week, are: Café the Plaza, Fishes & More, Hadicurari, MooMba Beach, Nos Clubhuis, Que Pasa, Salt & Pepper, Surfside Beach Bar, Tango Argentine Grill and Willem’s Dutch Pancakes.
