In fact, wine and food matching can take any meal to a whole new level of deliciousness, and that’s exactly what you may expect on Saturday, June 25th at 6:30 pm.
For this event, the culinary masters at Tango have teamed up with the wine connoisseurs of local wine supplier Pepia-Est. Wines from Josh Cellars such as Josh Reserve Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon- will be paired with spectacular menu items. For dessert, our guests will be presented with a delicious cream liqueur from Somrus. The dinner will start off with a roasted beef as an amuse-bouche, followed by a first course with grilled wahoo. In the second course a juicy duck confit, followed by grilled Angus beef rib. The dinner will be completed with ‘tres leches’ as dessert.
