A new addition to the Sunset Grille introduced, a Cocktail Bar at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino
The Sunset Grille at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino recently received an added feature, a cocktail Bar; the Hilton’s own take on what a cocktail bar should be.
The beautifully appointed and fully stocked bar offers classic and modern cocktails as before, during or after dinner options, when spending a fun evening at the famed restaurant.
Guests may ask the mix-master for the wine and beer list, but most patrons opt for the “Better Bar Experience,” as defined by the resort, where bartenders are proud to share their knowledge of cocktails and spirits, besides expertly creating craft cocktails from fresh juices and homemade syrups, with fruits, herbs and unique garnishes.
Among the novel specialty cocktails La Vita, made with Tito’s vodka, Cointreau liqueur and passion fruit puree; Ravenous Pineapple with Tequila silver, fresh pineapple and mint leaves, splashed with Prosecco; Watermelon Margarita, with Tequila silver, agave syrup, fresh watermelon cubes and lime juice, and Modern Mule, with Stolichnaya vodka, pineapple and lime juices, agave syrup, and ginger beer.
The Martini bar list includes the ultimate decadence, Dark Chocolate Martini with Grey Goose vodka, Godiva chocolate liqueur, Bailey’s Irish Cream and whipped cream, sprinkled with shaved dark chocolate curls; the iconic 1990s Classic Cosmopolitan, a Dirty Nasty Martini with Belvedere vodka and an olive stuffed with blue cheese and the Lemon Drop Martin with Absolut Citron, Cointreau liqueur and a sugar rim.
The Sunset Grille is a popular dining destination seven days a week, but Wednesday is especially well-liked as it features a gourmet four-course Surf & Turf menu, from 6-11pm at $49.95 per person.
