"Blue Lizard Effect" is a new documentary series about Aruba, starring Jason Silva, and will be airing on the Travel Channel on Saturday, April 20th.
Jason wants to understand why this remote Caribbean island is so happy and what the abstract concept of "happiness" truly entails. To do this, he travels around the island to gain a deeper understanding of what really makes Arubans so happy and how these factors influence how they interact with each other and with nature.
While exploring the island and interacting with locals, Jason learns what happiness means to them and how each individual applies their knowledge and life lessons to live a fulfilling and happy life. As he does this he himself begins to undergo a profound personal transformation.
